This experience strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others succeed. Lisa is a Licensed Transaction Coordinator with nearly eight years of experience supporting real estate teams through high-volume, detail-oriented transactions. Throughout her career, she has consistently managed and successfully closed more than 100 transactions annually, including a peak year exceeding 130 files.
Earlier in her career in Pennsylvania, Lisa provided additional hands-on support by assisting with property showings and attending closings, ensuring a seamless experience for both agents and clients from contract to close.
Now based in Maryland, Lisa relocated to be closer to her daughters, sons-in-law, and two young grandchildren. She maintains strong ties to Pennsylvania, with family in Grove City, Clintonville, Foxburg, and the Clarion area.
